• Analyse blueprints, project documents and specifications to prepare efficient materials and labour estimates on all project stages and project related works. • Review of Tender Specifications and Contractual Obligations.• Study the Drawings and Customer requirements and Scope of Work.• Prepare BOQ as per project requirements.• Estimating New/Variations/Revising quotes for MEP and ELV likes BMS,Fire Alarm Structured Cabling, Fiber cabling, CCTV,IPTV, Access control and AV and PA systems.• Designing and implementation of solutions based on Customer requirements or complaints to Consultant/Clients comments.• Designing and implementation of Telecommunication pathways as per standards.• Designing, Installation and execution of BMS Devices, Fire Alarm devices, Optical Fiber Cable, Copper Cable, CCTV,IPTV, Access control and WIFI.• Designing Schematic diagram for BMS, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling System, Fiber cabling, CCTV, Access control and AV and PA systems.• Preparing Tender Submittal (Technical & Commercial).• Arranging quotes from suppliers/vendors based on client requirement, negotiating with supplier/Vendor for materials, part numbers and lead time.• Coordinating with our suppliers/vendors for final BOQ, price and lead time.• Savings of at least 10% of total material cost per each project through proper evaluation of vendors and suppliers.• Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.• Understanding and clarifying client queries in regards to our solution and products
