- Responsible for the initiation and sustainable growth of the dMotors channel from setting up PMOs, SOPs to KPIs for internal departments as well as clients. Sri Lanka's first ever online automobile mall. Responsible for the fulfillment of the first ever successful sale of an automobile on any e-commerce marketplace in LK- Responsible for assisting category management in terms of product boosting and conversion by planning and organizing category centric as well as brand centric campaigns. Includes analysis and category deep dives to track performances and identify development opportunities (including retainers, Joint Business Partnerships, special campaign deals usage of promotional tools promotional tools like free shipping, vouchers, bundles) and act upon them to optimize growth.- Drive overall assortment build of the category Motors via both an expansion of current seller assortment and identifying, prospecting & recruiting new sellers to build a wider assortment within the category.- Educating and providing strategic advice/recommendations to C2C as well as B2C key accounts on how to maximize their performance and manage growth.- Ensure compliance with company code of conduct and suggest action in case of violation. Educate key accounts on Daraz guidelines and Standard Operating Procedure.- Internal and external issue resolution related to the category

- Assigning new tasks and queries and new system development requests from clients, taking into consideration the availability and the currently active tasks of the team of Associate Consultants in the Application Support department. Also keeping track of the time incurred by the Associate Consultants on the tasks opened and processed by them and maintaining the billings of the respective clients based on consultant time consumed using ERP applications like JIRA- Preparation of bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports to be presented to the clients by the Head of Application Support.- Rolling out communications and new implementations from the management to the consultants worknig overseas and remotely in Sri Lanka at various client locations.
