After isolating all the variables for a product, service, or brand, we scale it with automation and artificial intelligence.The applications are really powerful, everything from neuromarketing evaluations of profiles, websites, brands, content, and outreach programs, to securing the buy-in of internal and external stakeholders.When we apply it ethically to market research, it also tells us what real impressions consumers have in addition to their spoken feedback. We can look at tonal frequency changes in voice feedback or even pupil dilatory responses to see if those supplying their opinion are driven by unconscious bias or not providing their real impressions of a product or service. This method allows the data to not only be more accurate, but also avoids missteps in the process by identifying emotional drivers related to the brand or service the prospect may not actively realize are influencing their behavior.Applied to relationship management, we can create a persuasive outreach architecture that quickly and effectively drives real human connection, instead of provoking negative responses with things like mass template messaging.
