1.Responsible for handling Short TAT and backdated offboarding (Exit) cases across India for Genpact 2. Maintaining multiple statistical and Analytical databases and sending it to the higher department.3.Accountable and approving NDF & F&F within specified TAT.4.Regular communication with the employee and relevant departments to ensure smooth employee exit.5.Responsible for addressing employee separation procedure.6.Responsible for overseeing engagement activities within team members.
