I am a first-year student pursuing an Integrated Programme in Management. I am passionate about understanding the strategic role Human Resource plays in fostering organizational growth and improving employee engagement. Though early in my academic journey, I have developed skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork through various academic projects and extracurricular activities. Beyond academics, I have always been actively involved in cultural activities, particularly performing Bhangra at assemblies and events. These experiences have helped me develop strong teamwork, coordination, and leadership skills, while fostering a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and gaining cultural engagement.I had the privilege of serving as the Discipline Incharge in my school, where I honed my leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational skills by maintaining order and ensuring a positive school environment and helped gaining Leadership and discipline management.
