Responsible for Submit candidates to Client's Portal as per the requirement assigned by managers.Sourced candidates through Employee referrals, Data bank, Personal network, Vendors, Job-site (Monster, Dice, Carrier Builder etc.), Job postings, Advertisements, Headhunting candidates as per the requirement.Screened the profiles, conducting preliminary interviews, sending quality profiles that match the requirements. Responsible to complete all phases of the entire hiring cycle, from writing job requisitions, placing jobs on-line, in-depth interviews, and reference checks, preparing offers, negotiating offers. Recruiter Extensive experience working on the requirements from top Clients including Dentsu, Federal Clients, Amazon, etc. Responsible for client interactions regarding obtaining requirements, feedback, interviews, and joining formalities. Submitted candidates to Client's Portal and handled On- boarding issues. Sourced candidates through Employee referrals, Data bank, Personal network, Vendors, Job-site (Monster, Dice, Carrier Builder etc.), Job postings, Advertisements, Headhunting candidates as per the requirement.
