I advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, public listing, capital raising, valuation, and strategic planning by applying quantitative analysis on their financials. Currently enjoying working in a fast-paced environment with diverse people, multiple projects and tight deadlines, while continuing to learn and grow professionally.Having worked in both private equity and investment banking, I am very experienced in negotiating from different perspectives and able to gauge what works best for both parties to deliver a win-win. My passion for problem solving and business analysis stems from my educational background in computer science and management studies. I graduated from Duke University with a master's degree in management studies, where I gained valuable insights into various industries and functions. I also hold a degree in computer science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, where I developed strong technical and analytical abilities. I have leveraged my knowledge and experience in multiple internships and projects, ranging from software development and cybersecurity to real estate investment and private equity.I am determined, goal-oriented, and motivated by challenging problems and opportunities.
