After spending almost a decade in a QA role, I'm now courageously transitioning to a Developer role 💪As a QA, I constantly collaborated with developers and was fascinated by how they brought ideas to life, delivering customer value and making lives easier through technology.Inspired by this, I decided to take a leap of faith, leverage the pool of learning resources, and kickstart my journey into software development. So far I've learnt mostly front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Nowadays, I’m learning C# with ASP.NET to better align with my current project at work.I realized that many skills from my QA role—such as basic programming knowledge from writing automation tests, attention to detail, problem-solving, and strong communication—are already transferable to a Developer role.If it's all about getting closer to software development and technology in general, then why not? After all, it makes me happy! If you are curious to hear about my journey, or just have a chat, shoot me a message 😊
