-Led and Manage a team of subject matter experts to design, develop solutions with Stoneboy Civil Engineering team. - Part of the Delivery and SmartOps Teams. Design, Plan and help with Implementation .-Plan deliverables (JIRA/Sprint) & Facilitate sprint planning, Daily scrum meeting, Retrospectives, Stakeholder meetings and Sprint Demo’s.-Created and maintained solution vision, product backlog through project life cycle and met 90% of all feature deadlines by identifying and mitigating any engineering and integration roadblocks.-Participate in PI planning, facilitate grooming sessions for planning and defining Program Backlog/Vision across scrum teams in Agile Release Train (ART).-Develop and execute test plans, supporting UAT, portfolio testing ensuring that technical solutions meet quality and performance standards through rigorous testing and validation.

-Act as a bridge between Advertising team and product development team-Test, analyze and review inhouse advertising reporting tools. -Documenting the needs of Advertising team, Sales Team and communicate and built those as requirements with the Development team.

-Full ownership of a specified digital properties/newspapers.- Working with both local and national territories- Set up and traffic campaigns in DFP.- Monitor campaigns as needed, optimize and troubleshoot to ensure full delivery - Working with a variety of departments throughout the company on special projects and tasks.- Managing sponsored content/native advertising campaigns on all Postmedia and Sun Media properties through DFP, Wordpress, Polar, and off-network through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. - Creating social media awareness campaigns to drive users to Postmedia Network's news sites, and to engage users in local business' content sites.
