I am a corporate lawyer qualified to practice in the Republic of India.I am currently a Principal Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co at their New Delhi office and a part of the firm’s General Corporate practice group. In my professional career, I have had the opportunity to advise diverse domestic and international corporations including private and publicly traded companies, multinational companies, Indian promoters, venture capital and private equity funds. I have worked on matters involving various sectors including education, healthcare, manufacturing, information technology, hospitality, logistics, construction, infrastructure, financial services and other SEBI and RBI regulated sectors.Outside of work, I am a keen follower of sporting events and developments across the world particularly in relation to football, cricket, formula 1 and tennis.
