• Driving chipset program from PCH team to deliver key milestone.• Working across teams and multiple orgs in different geos in with architects, program leads and VPs to keep the project on track• Utilize my technical background to support Intel’s Client customers, as they design exciting new client products such as 2:1’s, All-in-one’s, small form factor PCs, and high-end workstation systems. Provide customer and internal team in Intel trainings for next Gen products. • Worked with Intel’s customers like Apple, Dell, HP and Lenovo to enable Intel’s next generation High Speed Interfaces for the client chipsets. Responded to customer requests or events and develop solutions to problems.• Working with intel’s engineering, architecture and validation organizations acting as the voice of the customer. Ensuring that products conform to standards and specifications. Develop procedures, analysis and design for computer components, products, and systems. • Drive critical customer communication via Technical Advisory, Erratum, Sighting Alert and Sighting Report. Create and evaluate customer indicators to improve the quality of sighting (KPIs) filed by customers to minimize noise to internal validation teams at Intel and address the gaps within Intel for smoother release of products.

• Resolved 4+ customer returns/rejects involving manufacturing issues. • Lead and drove 2 product lifecycles for our 7th and 8th Gen Processor as Module Owner for PCH. • Provided training to the Quality and Reliability team, Factory technicians, and External Tester customers to streamline the process of Module delivery to drive early die reports for PCH• Driving quality reports and presentations for IOs like PCIe, SATA, USB2, TCSS, etc., to access yield.

• Training on Data Warehousing Concepts, Data Modeling, ETL & Business Intelligence concepts, ETL tools, Informatica, BI tool Business Objects, etc.• Resolved critical technical issues related to SAP Business Objects production, ensuring uninterrupted system functionality.• Achieved 100% customer satisfaction by leveraging a combination of technical expertise and strong communication skills.• Developed and maintained strong customer relationships, leading to new business opportunities for solution enhancements.
