• Controlling and Monitoring Raw material, WIP and finished goods stock in SAP and its related GL codes along with providing MIS of Purchase, consumption, production with proper reconciliation with the related returns filed.• Preparing Overall data of Raw Material appearing in Balance Sheet.• Regular Reconciliation of Sales Tax and Excise returns. • Preparing Stock Statement required by Financial Institutions. • Preparing Data required for various Audit conducted like Tax Audit, Cost Audit.• Regular Vendor Reconciliation along with its clearing in SAP.• Regular Monitoring & Reconciliation of Import and Export of Electricity along with making advice for timely payment.• Other day to day activities like accounting for Material Received, Salary deduction details, etc.
