Worked projects where, we had designed the automotive system (conveyor belt).As an existing system, the company used to use manpower to dump the raw material. We had made it automatic by reducing human efforts, time, and overall cost for feeding. After our design(CATIA) and simulation following changes were recommended 1. Reduction in the feeding time from 40 minutes to 15 minutes. 2. Total saving of Rs 8000 from 2 labors to only 1, which increased system's productivity 3. We were able to fabricate our mechanism with 1.4 lakhs (company-sponsored) much below the prescribed budget of 1.5 lakhs.4. with the investment of 1.4 lakhs and saving Rs.8000 and minimal maintenance cost. It made a simple payback period of 18 months.
