This includes developed PV's first RUST-based service for critical manifest manipulation.

Worked on Kindle Alexa and Prime Video. Started on the Content Delivery team on Prime Video responsible for making sure Prime Video content is delivered to customers at a high quality without issues at the cheapest cost possible. The team is responsible for delivering VOD and Live Content. Individually, started transitioning to a SDM role and proposed processes to improve the developer experience and OpEx while helping to manage the team through a restructuring and reorg. Since proposing the OpEx changes, the overall ticket count has reduced by 50%. The team's developer experience scores have gone from some of the lowest in the org to one of the highest.

Worked on the Kindle on Alexa team to help improve the customer experience for customers trying to listen to their Kindle Books on Alexa. Individually responsible for rebuilding our Entity Resolution system responsible for understanding the customer's request. Worked on finding the right partners for the project across various Amazon orgs and delivered on the goals. This project led to significant reduction is Ops for the team, increase in quality of ER and developer experience.

This involved guiding a small, young team of developers to build services that enabled the feature and working with the TTS science team to help bridge the gap between engineering and science. This enabled the team to launch languages such as Hindi and Arabic with minimal effort.
