Key member of the decision making team at Animal Logic from the start and worked through critical improvements on overall pipeline infrastructure which was supporting a fledgling team 100 lighters and TD's at the peak of production. Also provided ongoing specialised training for all new staff in Animal Logic's proprietary tools and systems.

Lead sequence lighting TD on "The Tale Of Despereaux" responsible for sequence key lighting setup including lighting/shading lookdev, developed various surface and light shaders wherever required at sequence level. Integrated and simplified sequence lighting setups using MEL. Collaberatively worked with pipeline TD's and shader writers to help develop and test across the board lighting tools and workflows.

Working collaboratively with the CG supervisor introduced a number a of key lighting tools in a Maya->Liquid->3Delight pipeline for the "Animalia" TV series. Designed and engineered Custom Light Shaders, Introduced and Implemented Liquid "Shadowcameras", Designed MEL based tools to simplify Shadowcamera positioning/management. Worked collaboratively with the Director/Art director to develop efficient Light rigs for use across the board. Supervised and managed a team of six Lighters.
