Food safety and HACCP certified,experienced trainer accredited in the Ontario Modernized Poultry Inspection Program (OMPIP), trained by OMAFRA and specializing in slaughter plant operations. Graduate of an Advanced Biotechnology program with a proven ability to adapt to challenging environments.I am currently working as a Quality Assurance Technician at Sargent farms with an exclusive understanding of the rules and operating conditions related to food quality standards such as knowledge of HACCP, GMP checks, performing pre-op inspections and post-sanitation inspections, Finish products verification, carcass temperature check,on a daily basis and implanting corrective action wherever required and also the member of Joint Health Safety Committee (JHSC) . Moreover, I also worked as a Coop Chemistry Lab technician at Centennial college, where I gained experience in operating and calibrating a range of types of equipment such as pH meters, Spec 200, HPLC, NMR, GC, and IR.Aiming to gain more experience by utilizing my education and developing my professional abilities through Quality Analysis.
