PixelPunks is a Play Economy Consultancy operating at the intersection of Gaming, Esports, Virtual Worlds, and all things play-related. We established partnerships with top esports teams in South East Asia & the Middle East, driving sponsorship sales and cultivating relationships with gaming founders. Additionally, we partnered with Rising Capital to support web3, crypto, and metaverse startups within the gaming sector. As esports revenues slowed, we transitioned to prioritize influencer marketing for a diverse range of brands in India & other emerging markets.

Co-founded UNCMN Digital, an influencer marketing agency that collaborated with and executed campaigns for i-Gaming/Fantasy Brands, consumer electronics brands, and apps. Led social media and influencer marketing for the India tour of India's biggest Rapper, resulting in a sold-out show with thousands of ticket sales and widespread social media buzz. Also worked with Web3/GameFi startups, NFTs, and blockchain companies during the trending phase. Attempted expansion into Indonesia by establishing a local subsidiary and office, but encountered challenges that led to its closure. Despite this, the company consistently generated decent revenue and remained profitable throughout its operations.

• Facilitated the expansion of a North American esports organization into India, overseeing South Asia operations.• Established and managed an India bootcamp facility, and orchestrated T1 roster signings in Valorant, LOL: Wild Rift, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire.• Cultivated brand partnerships and executed PR strategies.• Transitioned to collaborate with select agencies and creators, negotiated deals on their behalf, handled their PR etc. • Took a hiatus from esports to focus on biz strategy, interim roles in strategy, sales, marketing & investor relations. • Worked with founders/promoters to assist in developing their pitch decks and project reports, strategizing their GTM plans and managing their investor outreach efforts.

Post a few internships here and there, I decided to start something of my own. I assembled and financed a PUBG Mobile team, bringing together four talented players. We participated in DreamHack Winter 2019 in Delhi. With a few roster changes, the team performed decently and made it to the PMCO Semifinals. This was a life-changing experience, building something from scratch just as mobile esports was starting to take off in India.
