- Primary POC for all new merchants coming through various inbound lead sources.- Understand all merchants- requirements over the phone/email and propose a suitable solution or product.- Perform effective online demos to merchants.- Completely own and execute end to end sales processes from connecting to merchant starting transactions.- Own and assist smooth onboarding experience for all new merchants.- Cross-selling and up-selling merchants as and when required.

-Analyze company’s current ecosystem and successfully position and promote SAP's On-premise & Cloud Ready Programs in Large and Medium enterprise accounts across APJ-Establish contact and Interact with the C level executives like CIO, CFO, and CEO on understanding their SLA, business processes, and challenges.-Accountable for Scheduling qualified appointments and persistent follow-up till Closure( within the assigned territory across industry verticals)-Focus on Industry-specific campaigns and also white spaced account campaigns for Demand Generation.-Responsible for working on key strategic accounts in terms of identifying & evaluating new business opportunities by means of building good relationship and ensure good control on these accounts generating leads (cold-calling, emails and social networking (LinkedIn) .-Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team.-Manage customer accounts in the SAP CRM 7.0-Pipeline lead generation of potential customers on technology solutions like ERP, Success Factors, ARIBA, iRPA etc.

. L1 & L2 Qualification for all inbound inquiries.. Hands on experience of CRM tool like Pipedrive & Odoo to ensure leads are managed and recorded properly and accurately. . Hands on experience on marketing tool like Mailchimp for designing and driving marketing campaigns. . Regularly hosting Sales Review meeting based on CRM activities and creating presentation of its analytics for PAN India Sales Team along with the management team and promoters. . Working closely with sales team, account managers and management by providing them with the data to help them drive revenue growth and decision making process.. Assisting and working closely with management and promoters of the company by running the right campaigns( offline) to reach out more prospects & brand building.. Well versed with Knowlarity & Kalyera for cloud telephony.
