• General management and development of the safety business strategy and its implementation. Duties included Yearly budgeting, Market account planning / biddings, New product development and introduction, Supplier / Inventory Management. • Managing a team of 4 which compromise products in the general and specialized personal protective equipment category along with Workplace and Instrumentation which ensure safe working conditions. The Safety Products department accounts for a revenue of 360 M.THB per Annum. • Department is responsible for supporting the sales team with marketing material regarding existing/new products, periodic promotions and other tools to achieve a more effective sale.• Directly responsible for introducing a range of Industrial Work Ware products under the UMATTA brand name.

• Responsible for handling marketing and sales in the domestic market as well as Lao’s, Burma, Cambodia and Vietnam. • Continuous Month/Month rolling sales plan, Budgeting, Yearly sales revenues, controlling / Monitoring of Realization levels and Contributions (P&L). • Continuous development of the product through research on upcoming new applications and attaining new customers based on product customization and performances.

Involved in product development and production, where the conceptualization, production, planning and assembly for the new launched products is my responsibilities. Products ranged from baby milk bottles to other baby accessories. Product development processes involved bottle design, art works, production, processing (printing) and packaging of baby products. Released new product ranges for clients from Malaysia, USA, Germany and Poland.

Involved in the development of new electronic products (New Product Implementation). The electronic unit is developed from PCB to a complete Finish Good. During this process many trial runs and revision changes are done before the product is released for mass production. My responsibilities were in managing the development team for all new product lines and processes, as well as implementing any new component changes to the in-production units.
