I am a scientist faculty at L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad in the field of clinical genetics. Open to work and collaborate for new grants and schemes. My Ph.D work was focused on the Molecular Genetics of a congenital blindness. Post Ph.D experiences includes viral vector-based gene therapy vector construction and generation of r-AAV viruses. I have experience in animal (mouse model), confocal microscopy, Crispr technology, DNA and RNA based techniques, cell culture, viral production, and working knowledge of bioinformatics and statistical analysis. I was also awarded national NET UGC fellowship during my Ph.D. My research inputs have been involved in various projects including reliable diagnostic markers, drug repurposing and novel therapies like gene therapy and Crispr gene editing.
