All these restaurants and concepts are critically acclaimed, award winning, buzz friendly and running successfully. • Also have extensive projects knowledge having worked on 4 projects. I was the first person to be moved to Business Development and Projects in the company and spearheaded the opening and launch of Guppy, SodaBottleOpenerWala, Olive Bistro, Ek Bar & Lady Baga• Over the years have learnt to own PnLs - where responsibility and decision making go hand in hand.
