The Job responsibility included spearheading a greenfield 132 KV GIS Substation project 2 Nos for Client : Delhi Metro Rail Corporation and MMRDA for line 2A of Mumbai Metro Project. I was responsible for overall project deadlines, planning, design, execution, manpower hiring, budgeting, billing, client servicing, testing, commissioning and overall Project Managemnt. The project was very demanding in nature and very strict on deadlines and the client was very top grade client. My team in my leadership did an outstanding job to complete the Malad Depot Substation well in advance despite lockdown. My zeal to outperform my dedication and focus on the task always bears great results. The project cost was around 147 Cr. The project was put to service / inaugurated by Maharashtra Chief Minister Hon. Uddhav Thackeray ji who praised the efforts and achievement of the team despite had times. The project was construction of 110 KV RECEIVING CUM-25 KV AC TRACTION CUM- 33 KV AUXILIARY MAIN SUB STATIONS AT TWO LOCATIONS -DN NAGAR &CHARKOPDEPOT with total 8 power transformers, underground cabling etc. MAVIN is a leading EPC company in the power space and has rich experience in Transmission lines, GIS substations and Underground cabling. Achievements include timely completion and achieving billing and delivery targets of Charkop RSS
