After making a career switch to UI/UX design, I am currently working at TechMonks Hub Technology in Bangalore. In this role, I have had the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including multivendor websites, apps, dashboards, shipping websites, cab booking apps, job search platforms, EdTech websites, LMS portals, and more. My responsibilities include: 1) Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and transforming them into intuitive UI/UX designs. 2) Creating multi-screen layouts based on project requirements. 3) Leading projects, co-ordinating with design teams and developers to ensure smooth execution. 4) Working closely with developers after the design phase to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery. 5) Managing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery. I focus on creating designs that are not only visually appealing but also user-centered, ensuring each project aligns with both client expectations and end-user needs.

As an early-stage startup, I sought support through the Startup India initiative by the Government of India. My responsibilities included client acquisition, client management, project management, team management, and finance management. However, due to various challenges in the early stages, I gained valuable experience but eventually had to shut down the business.
