I built a sales operations team for the EMEA arm of Rackspace from the ground up. Taking the team from one person (me!) to several members encompassing reporting, analytics and compensation; it was an interesting journey.

Managing the operations of the EMEA Home & Small Business and Relationship Technical Support (500 member team), scheduling and forecasting of call volumes and implementing Disaster Recovery and Risk Mitigation plans to attain critical department goals like service levels, cost metrics, etc.
