Feeling a true respect to you and your dedicated time for reading this I was thinking a while about the perfect way of explaining who I am. ''Finance professional with a strong and proven operational background in banking and credit management'' of course is true. But does it say enough? Recalling my communication studies I as a pragmatic well-structured person chose the Neuro-Logical Levels model from Robert B. Dilts for this purpose. According to that human’s personality consist from following levels:-Exterior. Pls see the LinkedIn profile photo :) But honesty first - real me prefers red sneakers and t-shirts.-Behaviors. High energy, concentration to activities adding value, straight forward and honest communication, face to face talks instead of emails and writing just to enable follow up, ready to get my hands dirty if required, asking ''why'' question constantly in order to validate if my deliveries serves the need in the best possible way.- Capabilities and skills. Adaptation in communication. It allows to communicate successfully with different nationalities and all personality types.Process approach and retrospective analysis allows me to identify success or failure root cause which I can further stimulate or mitigate. Full dedication and engagement. I remember 36 hour sprints when transaction delivery plan simply does not fit into regular working hours.-Beliefs. Every challenge has multiple solutions - just go and pick the most appropriate one. And I'm never the 1st one on Earth with the challenge. Just watch how others have dealt with it.-Identity/who I am. I'm more digger and I'm not vision maker so much. Give me a purpose and if it will comply with my personal values, I'll amaze you. -Mission.
