Optimizer Solutions provides professional database services for both SQL Server and Oracle, including database tuning, optimization & performance analysis; reporting, auditing & business intelligence development; and database architecture, design and development. We provide services for a variety of applications and specialize in providing services for OnBase by Hyland content management solutions.

Responsible for all aspects of the Database Development life cycle and providing mentorship to other employees regarding database related best practices including optimal query creation, performance analysis and schema design.

Responsible for leading the Database Support team which specializes in the OnBase database and the supported relational database management systems including SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase and DB2. The team provides SQL based solutions to software issues, expertise on the OnBase database schema, as well as maintenance and configuration recommendations for optimal database and application performance. We additionally develop and perform a variety of database related services including schema conversions and custom scripting. In my leadership role, I also provide guidance as needed across our organization when it pertains to various database technologies and concepts in research and development, in internal applications as well as in our acquired product lines.

Responsible for providing and leading a team that provides expertise and solutions for support requests and issues related to the OnBase database, schema, supported RDBMSes (Microsoft SQLServer, Oracle, Sybase, DB2); related to the OnBase software. Additionally responsible for leading product recommendations for Report Services and the OnBase Business Intelligence solutions.

Special projects and initiatives primarily revolving around database technologies, business intelligence, product improvement, and internal healthcare product expertise.

Responsible for supporting the OnBase ECM solutions of Hyland's direct Healthcare vertical customers as well as providing leadership, guidance and expertise to a team dedicated to the support of these customers.
