As a Customer Advocate II, I proactively work to create a uniquely unforgettable experience for every Carvana customer. Buying a car online is a huge step outside of most people's comfort zone- I'm there to guide customers through the user experience every step of the way. Since being promoted to Customer Advocate II, I delegate tasks to a small team and help monitor and ensure a high degree of legal/registration paperwork accuracy across the Atlanta office.

Recently named Forbes’ 5th Most Promising Company in the U.S., Carvana provides a seamless online car buying experience. In this position, I became a CRM whiz by managing hundreds of client accounts in Salesforce while playing an active role in the complete client lifecycle, from initial point of contact to post-sale follow up. Each day, I reviewed and ensured the accuracy of legal contracts, purchase agreements, and title and registration paperwork. Most importantly, I learned to embody Carvana's value of "There Are No Sidelines"-- don't wait to be told what to do, just roll up your sleeves and dive in.
