I am responsible for the management of lease renewals to include tracking lease renewal expirations, contacting owners regarding preferences, contacting tenants regarding lease renewal options, the creation/distribution of lease renewals and updating our database and records accordingly to ensure we stay current.Responsible for all marketing efforts including company Facebook page, company blog and the re-design of the website to aid in company growth.
