This helps to ensure that hotel has latest technology and equipment prices are under control.Ensuring that systems (CCTV, access controls, bombs detectors etc) are working well at all times. Working as an overall administration coordinator of the Loss Prevention Team. Highlights of the duties being performed by me are as follows:1. Preparing Reports with Incidents details, losses, lost property's value tracking, persons involved etc.2. Managing data of outgoing assets of the company and keeping track of them to make sure that they return on time.3. Attending meetings with Hotel's Management and discussing Safety and Security issues.4. Giving advice to Director of Loss Prevention and Hotel's management on safety and security issues.5.Checking and ensuring that hotel is implementing the Crisis Management Plan according to Marriott Hotels Group, USA.6. Ensuring that Loss Prevention Team is aware of the daily updates and news in the hotel received via emails and daily news packets.

Worked in the new role in Hospitality Industry. Having a different involvement with guest was a great learning experience. From guest's reception to a fond farewell it was a far different and great learning experience. Feeling guests' way, anticipation of there needs and make them feel at home were some of the main duties in this role.

Worked as a Loss Prevention and security professional in JW Marriott Hotel Deira Dubai. It was my second but direct full time job in Hospitality Industry. Learned and grew in many fields of safety and security as well as Loss Prevention.During this period also Completed a Two months training at Front Desk and learned operating OPERA system.

The interesting thing about the job was that it was not just routine security rather the department I worked in was Loss Prevention. It was about preventing losses before they would happen.
