1.IBM retail store solution new product introduction,work with US team on： -Production process including test process set up and qualification -Working instruction review and approval,fixture/tester verification and qualification. -Set up meeting for line readiness review and drive solution for line related issues。 -Conduct failure analysis for build issues and provide solution for product hot issue. -Lead each NPI builds to ensure all build activities meet requirement and provide build summary report with professional data analysis.2.Monitor production process being well followed and work on process continuous improvement and line cycle time reduction from Lean perspective to meet cost reduction strategy.3.Provide technical support in quality hot issue and filed issue's failure analysis,as well as evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure the implementation of corrective actions for issue's imrovemennt.4.Responsible for EC management at ISTC including EC evaluation with US team,EC approval and implementation.5. Take lead on engineering related projects with cross-functional teamwork,like IBM ROHS strategy execution,Business transferring etc.

1.Work with Epson Japanese team on new printer introduction, work on line readiness in terms of assembly process, WI, fixture/tester qualification, test plan and so on before each engineering build. Perform failure analysis for build issues and identify solution to fix quality hot isssues.2.Set up regular meeting with cross-functional team for NPI build issues' follow up,drive for corrective actions identification and implementation for issue's improvement.3.Monitor and audit product quality across all yield and field issue data. 4.Regular line process audit and drive for process improvement against audit findings5.Take lead on fixture/tester development for new product,as well as design schedule management to meet production need. 6.Fixture/tester design improvement from error proofing and automation concept to help on line cycle time reduction and product quality improvment.
