Attending the S&OP to align to Finalized the forecast. • Generate and Transmit the distribution planning, customer backlog, customer forecast and buffer plan to Master production planning scheduling. Forecast will be uploaded to the system to trigger all necessary requirement, like triggering raw materials, wafers started requirement, finished good requirement, BOM materials requirement and etc. • Monitoring offshore performance, like Capacity utilization, Weekly loading output, commitment achievement KPI, Quality and Engineering Issued related. • Control and monitoring the inventory level (From Wafer, Finished Good, Raw materials and etc) across all the plants that located at US, Mexico, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and etc. • Follow up on the aged stock to ensure inventory is depleted and reduce Inventory staging cost. Highlighted and follow up with sales teams with the aged inventory latest status (Monthly) for the disposition. • Monitoring and follow up with Internal Manufacturing Plant & Wafers Foundry Planner (Located: US, Mexico, Woburn, STM, IBM and etc) for the Wafers delivery and capacity wafers output commitment which to ensure customer orders are fulfilled. • Follow up with sales teams / demand teams for those exceed inventory / finished goods due to demand forecast drop and identify the timeline to deplete the inventory during management overview.• Lead the ad-hoc issue (Like demand ramp up, raw materials quality issue, operation issue and etc) and align the solution / disposition with all the respective department, Like Logistics Teams, Engineering Department, Planner, operation teams.

Inform relevant department for the status update. At the same time, understand the situation or potential problem may face by production to avoid any delay to the customer shipment. • Use FPS to do the daily planning which to reduce the inventory staging. At the same time, it also reduced the inventory which carry the old aging day which with implemented the FIFO concept. It also reduced the human error which system will help to suggest and proposed the correct materials for correct product build. At the same time, it will also suggest what is the suitable materials to be used incase facing any materials shortfall issued. • Bring up the teams located at PEN to taken over demand and planning job responsibility by provide the guidance, training, understand the system operation and etc.
