Creating processes for reporting issues.●Acting as liaison and facilitating communication between Development and other departments.●Conceptual design work on mobile platform interface.

●Including but not limited to technical support and training on the use of the LivingSocial’s Merchant management portal.●Investigating cases escalated from Customer Service, Marketing, Production, and Accounts Payable departments, merchant partners, and corporate partners within established service levels. ●Receiving, locating, and reporting bugs and software errors in the Merchant management portal.●Fielding payment inquires and concerns, creating cases for Accounts Payable department.●Safeguarding the merchant experience and ensuring both the merchant and customer experiences are unparalleled.
