 Daily coordination/contact with branches on collecting vehicle reporting, revenue details etc. Reporting the same to Works Manager Data collection of technical issues & raising FFR’s (Field failure Reports) to ASM (Area Service Manager) every day. PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection) report preparation with technical issues and actions taken. Submission every 15th & 30th of every month. Warranty failure parts coordination & collection from branches. Proper handling, storing and dispatching of warranty parts, of entire Dealer (Including Branch), on time. Contact with CST’s & PT’s at least once in a week through phone. Make a visit as possible. Daily/weekly reports submission to ASM (Area Service Manager), as per requirement. Monitoring workshop hygiene factors, tools audit, adherence of SOP’s with support from Works Manager.
