SOAR" is an award-winning animated short film produced by Anson Yu. In my capacity as a Production Supervisor, I meticulously oversee critical aspects of project production encompassing budgeting, scheduling, task breakdown, milestone definition, crew planning and vendor management. Leading multiple departments including Story, Editorial, Art, Previz, Lighting and Digital Matte Painting etc, I have been instrumental in establishing project milestones and checkpoints, carefully aligning them with the director's script and diligently prioritizing tasks.
