At JAKKS, I honed the craft of thinking like an enterpreneur.JAKKS, then the world's 4th largest toy company with nearly $1B in annual sales, I helped build one of the best-selling toy categories of the decade called plug and play tv games. I established the international division and oversaw global marketing. By expanding our distribution across the globe and developing products for some of the hottest licenses, we generated over $500 Million in global sales during my tenor.

Fresh out of business school, I started my career at the games division of Universal Studios. That's like winning the jackpot the first time you buy a lottery card. I joined a small team of 8 people at the video games division of Universal Studios producing a handful of games licenses. Within 3 years, we grew to over 200 people producing hundreds of games including The Lord of the Rings, Hulk and Fast and The Furious.
