Ansoné Meyer is a Human Resource Management Graduate, who helds a Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management. She did the following subjects, Human Resource development, Human Resource Management, Labour Relations, Strategic HR management, Organisational Effectiveness and Research Methodology. In 2018 she started her tertiary education journey at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where she graduated from high school in 2017. In 2021 she completed her Diploma in Human resource Management with 4 distinctions. She believes that dedication and consistency is what progressed her to where she is in her career currently.Her main goals and objectives for 2024 would be to excel in everything she does, and most importantly get as much exposure to the world of work, learn from her mentors and expand her skills and experience in HR.She gained customer care skills, as a call centre agent, as well as communication skills, as she was required to interact with customers in both English and Afrikaans. Here she incorporated her teamwork skills as well. She works well in a team to achieve common organizational goals.Passionate, friendly and a welcoming personality is the words others use to describe her. She believes that her personality together with her interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills would advance her in her career.
