Leveraged a voice-based operating system using an Alexa Skill. • Designed the Alexa skill's conversation flow to meet functional requirements and helped implement it using voiceflow (after prototyping on miro); key result was a non-invasive tracking system, instant data analysis on inventory, and accurate and timely responses• Helped design the mobile UI to complement the voice-based system. I used Figma to create sets of mock-ups, and conducted user and literary research.
