- Started with learning about camera hardware (sensors, optics etc.)- Image Processing and Computer Vision based on traditional deterministic approaches

- Code development (in Fortran 90) for conducting bi-global and local linear stability analysis, for both compressible and incompressible flows.- Generating mean flow field from the experimental data in the form of shape functions.- Using both local and bi-global (spatial) studies to identify the various types of modes inthe flow and track the their evolution.

-Guided undergraduate students with experiments.-Worked on the development of orifice flow meters to measure very low flow rates by doing frequency analysis of the vortices shredded by the orifice plate (using MATLAB).-Worked on setting up of a prototype chamber for combustion experiments--experiments on 'pool-fire'--temeprature, pressure and intensity fluctuation studies.-Aided in a master thesis project in the development of a sub-sonic wind-tunnel prototype using an axial fan.
