--Head the MS SharePoint & MS Dynamics Team (includes MS Dynamics CRM, MS RMS 2.0 & MS Commerce Server) at Mindfire Solutions, India.--Handle and manage multiple sub teams comprising of 60+ Software Engineers including Project/Tech/Area Leads.--Responsible for overseeing all projects handled by this business unit.--Handle projects of different complexity and size.--Work with sales team on presales activities.Help sales team to finalize the deal and prepare technical proposals for prospect closure.--Work on requirements gathering from the clients and writing functional specifications for the projects.--Responsible for managing end to end releases for IT projects right from planning to actual deployment.--Manage and handle day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope.--Effectively apply Project Management methodology.--Work on Creating and executing project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changerequests from the customers.--Understands cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.--Effectively manages project risk through mitigation planning.--Work with QA team to plan out engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.--Work towards establishing and maintaining sound and healthy working relationships with IT Team and customers--Help facilitate team and client meetings effectively to get clarifications and resolve issues.--Help groom new leaders within the team while serving as a role model and mentor.--Inspires the team to pursue excellence in the field of Knowledge.--Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions in the work and the relevant knowledge activity area--Effectively roll out all the Organizational policies for the benefit of the people. --Identify and effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential.--Always work towards motivating the team to work together in the most efficient and timely manner.

Currently I am handling a team of about 25+ software engineers working basically in Microsoft technologies on different projects.
