I have a deep understanding and hands on experience of how to run a digital service business and make it grow. I am currently leading a cryptocurrency broker with 100,000+ kyc’ed customers. I have also worked as the CEO of a Fintech offering digital banking services to freelancers across EU and before that I led as the CEO the turnaround of a gaming company with customers in over 100 countries to profitability. All above businesses were fully digital from customer acquisition to on-boarding to servicing customers.I have also managed the development of several digital service businesses from scratch. I have learned hands-on how to lead sales and marketing as well as product, tech and IT people from different backgrounds and cultures and get things done in a short time frame using own personnel and consultants.In addition, I have led the acquisition, integration, restructuring and divestment of different digital businesses and can provide expertise with the due diligence of M&A targets, with the post-deal integration and with the inevitable restructuring of new businesses. Throughout my career I have received positive feedback about my ability to communicate strategies and objectives clearly and engagingly, about my coaching leadership style and my ability to stay calm and lead the action in high pressure situations.
