Management Essentials - a Roadmap to Managing People, supports new and experience managers and provides a toolkit for building high performing teams through trust relationships, communicating effectively, motivating, and creating a culture of coaching, learning and belonging. Senior leader responsible for the College's business engagement efforts including the truED (R) Corporate Partnership Program for Champlain's Division of Continuing Professional Studies (National Online Division.) Developed meaningful business relationships with corporate partners, working closely with private and public sector chief learning officers, learning and development executives, human resource and organizational development professionals. These opportunities included over 50 online undergraduate and graduate degrees and certificates. Leadership contributed to a triple enrollment growth for the division from 2013 - 2017. Supervised professional and administrative staff, provided overall leadership divisional support in collaboration with the academic dean and division vice president. Created coordination and collaboration, and led systems implementation and design across internal departments.

Led a team delivering learning & development programs for managers and executives. This included business development and providing education and customized professional development solutions to employers in a variety of industry sectors. Served as business liaison between the business community and Champlain College's Division of Continuing Professional Studies (the College's online adult division.) Included B2B and B2C outreach, marketing, relationship building. Collaborated with the Human Resources Department and other stakeholders across the organization.

Responsible for all workforce development, youth education, and technical education reform initiatives. Developed and sustained business-education partnerships and created hundreds of connecting activities for businesses and K-12 students. Initiated the Learn to Earn program which reached thousands of 9th & 10th graders across the State (now sustained by Linking Learning to Life, Inc.) Provided senior project management to Regional Technical Academy project which focused on building a four-year technical high school in Essex, Vermont. Secured and managed federal and state grants. Registered lobbyist, specializing in education reform legislation.

Developed and implemented all business-education partnership activities for the Lake Champlain region including grant administration, partnership development, facilitated meaningful connections between educators and employers.
