I believe in the importance of well thought out visual communication.Since a young age, I have been interested in all things aesthetic. Aesthetics make the world a brighter place… literally.Having studied Visual Communication at Vega School of Brand Leadership I was exposed to an exceptional level of design, not only locally but internationally as well. It was here where I realised my love for design.With the world getting increasingly smaller, bringing people from all around the world together to do the things they love a few problems may arise and one of those being how do we all communicate? As great as it is that the world is becoming one connected mass of people, how do we all communicate effectively and as efficiently as possible? Yes, we live in the 21st century but if we can universally understand each other through a simplified language, why not?My big hairy audacious goal in life is to be able to design communication systems understood by everyone, everywhere, every time. If that is not specific enough, take the Olympics’ event identity for example, iconography, typography colours and forms coming together to create a strategically crafted communication system to be understood by everyone.
