Technical Office ManagementI work as the Technical Office Chief in the monitoring and management of large-scale projects we undertake abroad.Projects include Finance Center, Congress Center, Arena, Office projects, Social housing projects, Luxury housing and office projects, Hotels, 30 villa projects, Road projects, Infrastructure projects, Bridge projects, Sports fields, Motels and Health centers.I meticulously prepare administrative and subcontractor entitlements, final account, quantity surveying and survey studies, and ensure that the processes progress correctly.I supervise the preparation of project proposal budget, planned budget (R1), realized budgets and closing budgets.I manage unit price analyses, new unit price creation and value engineering studies, and provide cost advantage.I prepare work programs and cash flows using Primavera P6, and ensure that calendars are implemented correctly.I coordinate the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports, and ensure that the reports are submitted to the management correctly.I supervise the contract management and claims processes, and ensure that they progress transparently.I demonstrate a solution-oriented approach by supervising the achievement of cost, time and quality targets in large projects.I organize and monitor the contracts, entitlements, budgets, work programs, ship and material logistics processes of the projects.I supervise the smooth progress of the processes by ensuring coordination with the project authors and stakeholders.I prepare master programs and R0 budgets for projects that have not yet signed contracts, and ensure that pre-construction analyses are performed correctly.I manage the negotiations with local and foreign companies by establishing construction site technical offices, and bring the projects to the contract stage.

I worked as Technical Office Chief and Technical Office Manager in the leading architecture firm of the sector that prepared projects for the largest and leading banks in Turkey. I carried out comprehensive studies to manage technical processes, monitor and coordinate projects in many large-scale projects. Site Supervisor – IMM Üsküdar Multi-Storey Car Park ProjectI worked as a site supervisor in the multi-storey car park construction project of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in Üsküdar. I successfully carried out all site management processes from the tender stage to the project stage, from the manufacturing process to delivery. The project was successfully completed and delivered, and all final accounts were given. My duties include:Manufacturing Follow-up: Ensuring that all manufacturing on site is completed completely and flawlessly.Team Management: Managing concrete/mold and reinforcement work teams of 60 people, ensuring that the work is done on time and in high quality.Material Follow-up: Monitoring the materials and following up their supply in accordance with the work schedule.Subcontractor Management: Managing subcontractors, supervising and coordinating their work.Municipality Reporting: Preparing reports to municipality controllers at regular intervals and documenting the manufacturing on site.Daily Reporting: Presenting daily reports to company managers, reporting the progress of the project and any problems encountered.Survey and Quantity Control: To check the survey and quantity surveys of subcontractors and ensure that they are accurate and complete.Work Safety: To ensure work safety on site and to supervise the implementation of safety measures.I ensured that all processes carried out in the project were carried out efficiently, on time and in accordance with quality standards.
