After achieving success in the data Analyst role, I rapidly moved into Data Engineering on the same platform. We use modern SQL Server, Kafka, and Elasticsearch to implement lightning fast end to end ETL processing on 100+ MLS data sets. I have been deeply involved with a plethora of platform improvements to increase visibility, stability, and system health. I was able to gain hands-on experience with every aspect of ETL including direct collaboration with our customers and business partners. I learned the data set deeply and started attending industry events where I made a name for myself as an expert.

Mapped, analyzed, and standardized a nationwide MLS data set for one of the largest data distributors in the industry. Rapidly becoming the subject matter expert on many areas of the system and mentored new hires to maintain the same level of excellence.

Scheduled activities and educational trips to enrich student development. Managed and trained a team of 20+ instructors. Supported safety of all individuals with enforcement of consistent policies. Managed fleet of buses to ensure safety compliance.
