*I currently manage the telecommunication and electronic stores for Limerick,Kerry and Co Tipperary on behalf of Samsung Mobile. *I manage customer relations and act as a point of contact for Samsung and the stores selling our range at a ground level. * I help create content on new devices and or services which can be used and shared by retail stores, call centers and the sales & marketing specialists on my team, * I help design and deliver Training and Inductions for Events, Head Office & Call centers as well as stores*I ensure stores are being upheld to the highest standard in regards to their training, compliance and technical skills as well as act as a point of contact for stores which have issues they cannot rectify on their own. *I also go through sales plans & discuss solutions for areas struggling with sales and explain on how to implement new sales ideas & tactics to suit the situation accordingly. * I perform sales days so I can get a hands on day with the public and see the needs of the customer as well as the stores needs first hand and identify weak points which I can use to create a S.W.O.T analysis. * As well as training I also analyse on what competitors are doing within the business to allow for brilliant commercial awareness so Samsung as a company can prepare themselves accordingly. * Consistently meet Quarterly targets in an ever changing fast paced market.
