Overseeing the day to day operation of one of the largest leisure centre’s in North Wales. Directly responsible for the 800-Member swim school.

A Duty Managerial role involving:-*Dealing with 5 plant rooms spread over two different holiday parks both under Bourne Leisure.*Ensuring all of the team adhere to best practice regulations and amplify company values.*Day-to-day running of leisure facilities including a sports range, mini-golf site, a hire shop, 3 indoor pools, 1 outdoor pool, a gymnasium and several indoor soft/ outdoor play areas.

Working as a primarily as a lifeguard supervising the pool and ensuring cleanliness of all surrounding areas, responsibilities also extended to:- Reception Duties, Cash Handling, Activity Instructing, Activity Supervising.

Working at a accreddited 5* Holiday Home Park responsibilities were but not limited to:-Lifeguarding the pool areaPerforming water-balance checks and rectifying faults on a fleet of 30 hot-tubsReception dutiesActing fire-marshallEnsuring cleanliness in all areasBooking guests in to activitiesDealing with customer enquiries over the phoneInducting people on how to use a newly implemented online booking-system
