As a Regional IT Specialist at West Fraser, one of the largest lumber producers in North America, I support the IT infrastructure and security of multiple sites across the region. I have over 6 years of experience in IT, ranging from help desk support to technical team lead, working with diverse clients and technologies. I hold multiple certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and network security, such as Network+, Security+, GIAC Certified Incident Handler, and AWS Cloud Practitioner. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Security from Western Governors University, after completing an associate degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at Chattahoochee Valley Community College. My core competencies include network security, network administration, help desk support, problem-solving, and communication. I am passionate about protecting and enhancing the IT systems and data of my organization and customers, and I strive to learn new skills and technologies to keep up with the evolving IT landscape.
