I have been working with students and young people since 2004. I started working with students in a Activity Centre after a few years I moved into an Outdoor Centre were I delivered personal and team development course to a wide range of participants ranging form students to apprentices. All the skills and the experience they would gain during there course would be facilitated through the outdoors doing adventures activities like rock climbing, scrambling, raft building and multi night exped. As well as development course I have run skill course on navigation, paddling and Duke of Edinburgh training and assessments. Currently I am working towards Mountain Instructors Award assessment and B.C.U Open Canoe five star assessment with the aim of moving on from freelancing to running my own company delivering adventure and skills days.Specialties: Facilitate Learning through the Outdoors in Adventurous environments

My role was to build a working rapport with the group, allowing them to challenge themselves and each other while on activities, like Jacob's ladder, trapeze, archery and stream walk. Then I was promoted to Course Leader, my role was to look after incoming schools and ensure that the instructors were delivering the best course to meet the schools needs.
