To manage marketing strategy and activities that promote the overall sales in line with brand standards. To create marketing and sales activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; to manage and coordinate marketing, social media, advertising and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a quarterly and annual basis;• Develop and implement marketing plans, social media strategy and projects for new and existing products;• Ownership of the brand guidelines, ensuring they are shared effectively in the company;• Managing finance, billing and invoicing in relation to all marketing activity; • Manage the productivity of projects and marketing plans;• Deliver marketing activities within agreed budget;• Work with Sales and After-Sales to determine marketing needs and strategies;• Oversee all advertising, publicity and brand management;• Implement and monitor of CRM;• External and internal event marketing.

Key Responsibilities:• Project Management and implementation of the marketing plan across all channels; • Develop and deliver the online marketing strategy; • Responsible for all marketing materials at point-of-sale in line with brand standards (brochures, banners, flyers, stands, stickers, demo cars, customer lounge, salesman desks);• Developing schedules and estimates after taking briefs and identifying what resources are needed to deliver the project;• Negotiating and dealing directly with marketing suppliers to deliver projects;• Develop and deliver e-mail marketing campaigns;• Write, edit and proofread new content where applicable; • Develop effective matrix relationships across the Sales & Aftersales team;• Event planning;• Graphic design.
