• Part of a 3 member team that implemented a development project after detailed analysis of socio-economic development in the district of Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh, studied the role of elected leaders in facilitating Rural Development, their problems and politics & power locus in local and national context.• Developed a robust framework for effective implementation of 2 large Govt. sponsored schemes (Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan OR Swatch Bharat & MGNERGA). • Identified key parameters that help evaluate program success and analyzing metrics for decision making. Tested development framework by implementing chosen aspects of the framework in selected areas of the district. • Presented framework to M.P, RaeBareli & District Administration for planning development project based on suggested framework.

Scope of work included understanding & reporting:Role of politico- public / elected office in facilitating development in selected district(s).The regional politics and power locus as well as trajectories in larger national context.The problems and issues faced by elected representatives (politico-public officials ) during the development process (Ideation,Implementation and Review).Identifying and reporting key issues and need of voter base in select district(s) across multiple socio-economic sectors.
